GC测定复方丹参口崩片中冰片的含量

Determination f Borneol in Compound Salvia Orally Disintegrating Tablet by GC

摘要: 目的建立气相色谱法测定复方丹参口崩片中冰片的含量。方法HP-INNOWAX 弹性石英毛细管柱（30 m×0.53mm，1 μm）；柱温起始温度为140 ℃，保持7 min，以50 ℃·min-1的速率升至220 ℃，保持2 min；载气流速为1.5 mL·min-1，分流进样，分流比50/1。结果冰片浓度在0.067 ～0.472 mg·mL-1内有良好的线性关系，r=1.000；平均回收率为98.4%，RSD为0.96%。结论该方法简便，准确，可靠。

Abstract: OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of compound salvia orally disintegrating tablet by GC. METHODS HP-INNOWAX flexible quartz capillary column (30 m × 0.53 mm,1 μm).The starting temperature was 140 ℃, maintain 7 min,and rose to 220 ℃ at the speed of with the 50 ℃·min-1,maintain 2 min.The airflow speed was 1.5 mL·min-1and triage injection with the split ratio of 50/1. RESULTS Borneol showed good linearity in the range of 0.067-0.472 mg·mL-1 in sample solution and the correlation coefficient was 1.000.The average recoveries were 98.4%，RSD=0.96%. CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reliable.
