    精氨酸加替沙星滴眼液的制备及质量控制

    • 摘要: 目的制备精氨酸加替沙星滴眼液并建立质量控制方法。方法配制精氨酸加替沙星滴眼液,采用HPLC法测定加替沙星的含量。结果加替沙星在10.16～203.20mg·L-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9993,平均回收率100.23%。结论精氨酸加替沙星滴眼液制备工艺简单,质量稳定,质控方法可行。
