正交试验法优选马钱子醇提工艺研究

Optimal Extraction Technology of Semen strychni by Orthogonal Design

摘要: 目的优选马钱子最佳醇提工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以士的宁的含量为考察指标,对乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、回流时间和次数等因素进行研究。结果最佳提取工艺为加65%乙醇10倍,回流3次,每次1 h。结论该提取工艺合理,为工业化生产提供了科学依据。
