摘要: 目的:建立贯叶连翘中金丝桃素的测定方法。方法:采用紫外可见光谱测试,在589nm处有特征吸收。结果:样品的平均加样回收率为99.2 7% ,精密度及稳定性的相对标准偏差分别为0 .1 9%及0 .55%。结论:本法可以作为企业生产贯叶连翘提取物的质量控制测试方法。
