    盐酸达克罗宁口含片的研制

    • 摘要: 研制了盐酸达克罗宁口含片。用紫外分光光度法测定制剂中盐酸达克罗宁的含量,结果表明浓度在4ug/ml～16ug/ml范围内具有良好的线性关系,制剂辅料对测定无干扰,平均回收率为99.20±0.62%。
