摘要: 采用薄层色谱治,对慢支固本冲剂中的当归、白术进行了鉴别,并用薄层扫描法测定了黄芪甲甙的含量.鉴别专属性强,定量重现性好,其平均回收率为98.32%(CV=2.75%).
