基于铁死亡探讨中药抗类风湿性关节炎机制的研究进展

    Research Progress on the Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine Against Rheumatoid Arthritis Based on Ferroptosis

    • 摘要: 铁死亡是一种区别于细胞凋亡的程序性细胞死亡形式,主要由铁代谢异常和脂质过氧化诱导产生,并受多种信号通路调控。近年来的研究发现,铁死亡在类风湿性关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)、肝癌等多种疾病的发生发展中具有重要作用。RA是一种慢性全身性自身免疫性疾病,其病理特征为免疫异常、炎症介质释放及细胞死亡。中药在RA治疗中具有独特疗效,探讨铁死亡的发生机制及基于铁死亡的中药抗RA作用机制,可为RA的治疗提供新途径和新思路,也为抗RA的新药研发提供科学依据。

       

      Abstract: Ferroptosis is a form of programmed cell death distinct from apoptosis, which is primarily caused by abnormal iron metabolism and lipid peroxidation, and regulated by multiple signaling pathways. Recent studies have found that ferroptosis plays an important role in the occurrence and development of various diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and liver cancer. RA is a chronic systemic autoimmune disease characterized by immune abnormalities, release of inflammatory mediators, and cell death. Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has unique therapeutic effects in the treatment of RA. Exploring the mechanisms of ferroptosis and the anti-RA mechanisms of TCM based on ferroptosis can provide new approaches and ideas for the treatment of RA, as well as scientific evidence for the development of new anti-RA drugs.
