Abstract: To propose an intelligent trigger warning pharmacovigilance model based on blockchain technology, through the feasibility of blockchain technology for pharmacovigilance model, intelligent trigger warning pharmacovigilance architecture design, based on the blockchain intelligent trigger warning pharmacovigilance model operation process of the 3 aspects of elaboration. A pharmacovigilance model scheme is proposed to build intelligent triggering of adverse drug events and traceable throughout the process. This model aims to promote the intelligent process of Chinese pharmacovigilance model, to protect the safety of patient medication.
