环烯烃共聚物/聚合物类药品包装系统与生物技术药物的相容性研究进展

    Research Progress on Compatibility Between Cyclic Olefin Copolymer/Polymer Pharmaceutical Packaging System and Biotechnological Drugs

    • 摘要: 生物技术药物近年来发展迅速。环烯烃共聚物/聚合物作为一类新型药品包装材料,其制备而成的包装系统也逐步在生物技术药物领域得到运用。鉴于生物技术药物复杂多变的特性,其与所用包装系统之间的相容性也成为研究热点。本文主要介绍了现有环烯烃共聚物/聚合物类药品包装系统的结构和特性,以及其与生物技术药物现有的相容性研究进展,并展望了二者相容性未来重点发展方向。

       

      Abstract: Biotechnological drugs have experienced rapid development in recent years. As a new type of pharmaceutical packaging material, cyclic olefin copolymer/polymer are gradually being used in the field of biotechnological drugs to prepare packaging systems. Given the complex and ever-changing nature of biotechnological drugs, their compatibility with the packaging systems used has also become a research hotspot. This article mainly introduces the structure and characteristics of existing cyclic olefin copolymer/polymer pharmaceutical packaging systems, as well as the research progress on their compatibility with biotechnological drugs, and looks forward to the future key development directions of their compatibility.
