植物外泌体样纳米囊泡在癌症治疗中的研究进展

    Research Progress on Plant Exosome-like Nanovesicles in Cancer Treatment

    • 摘要: 植物外泌体样纳米囊泡(plant exosome-like nanovesicles,PELNs)是一种新兴的纳米治疗剂及传递平台,不但具有疾病治疗潜力,而且可以作为药物的载体靶向疾病位点,起到治疗递送双重作用,更重要的是PELNs具有绿色天然和低免疫原性等特点。本综述介绍了PELNs的分泌机制、提取分离方法及其在癌症治疗方面的潜在机制,提出了PELNs研究过程中存在的分离纯化、载药能力、安全性验证和标准化、规模化生产等问题,并展望了其未来的发展潜力。

       

      Abstract: Plant exosome-like nanovesicles(PELNs) are an emerging nano therapeutic agent and delivery platform, which not only have the potential for disease treatment, but also can serve as drug carriers to target disease sites, playing a dual role in therapeutic delivery. More importantly, PELNs have the characteristics of being green, natural, and low immunogenicity. This article reviews the secretion mechanism, extraction and separation methods of PELNs, and their potential mechanisms in cancer treatment. It points out the problems in the research process of PELNs, such as separation and purification, drug loading capacity, safety validation and standardization, and large-scale production, and looks forward to their future development potential.
