基于受体的天然药物成分主动靶向递送系统抗肺癌研究进展

    Research Progress in Receptor-based Active Targeted Delivery Systems of Natural Medicinal Components Against Lung Cancer

    • 摘要: 肺癌已成为中国发病率与死亡率最高的恶性肿瘤,临床常用抗肿瘤药物已不能满足临床需求。天然药物成分在治疗肺癌方面疗效显著且安全性较高,表现出了独特优势,也一直是抗肺癌新药开发和筛选的重要来源,但一些天然药物成分具有水溶性差、生物利用率低、稳定性差和非特异性分布等特点。近年来,负载天然药物成分的新型主动靶向药物递送系统逐渐涌现,克服了天然药物成分的诸多缺点,并在肺癌治疗方面疗效显著。本文从靶向肿瘤细胞表面受体和靶向肿瘤微环境两方面对相关的主动靶向药物递送系统进行了总结,为肺癌的药物开发和临床应用提供参考。

       

      Abstract: Lung cancer has become the malignant tumor with the highest incidence and mortality rates in China. Commonly used anticancer drugs can no longer meet the clinical demand. Natural drug components have been an important source for the development and screening of new anticancer drugs because of their remarkable efficacy and high safety in the treatment of lung cancer, but some of them are characterized by poor water solubility, low bioavailability, poor stability, and non-specific distribution. In recent years, new active targeted drug delivery systems loaded with natural drug components have gradually emerged, overcoming the many shortcomings of natural drug components and achieving remarkable efficacy in lung cancer treatment. This paper provides a summary of relevant active targeted drug delivery systems from two perspectives: targeting tumor cell surface receptors and targeting the tumor microenvironment, which may provide references for drug development and clinical application in the treatment of lung cancer.
