    Research Progress of Nanoparticle-mediated Targeted Drug Delivery System in Breast Cancer Therapy

    • 摘要: 乳腺癌是全球女性发病率最高的恶性肿瘤,现有治疗手段(如手术、化疗和放射治疗)仍存在疗效不足、不良反应大及耐药性等问题。纳米介导的靶向递药系统是一种新兴的治疗策略,具有高效递送、精准靶向和可控释放等优点,为改善乳腺癌的治疗提供了新的契机。本综述系统总结了纳米介导的靶向递药系统在乳腺癌治疗中的最新研究进展与发展趋势,为该技术进一步开发及临床转化提供理论依据和参考。

       

      Abstract: Breast cancer is the most prevalent malignant tumor among women worldside. The current treatment methods, such as surgery, chemotherapy and radiation therapy, are still limited by insufficient efficacy, severe adverse reactions, and drug resistance. As an innovative therapeutic strategy, nanoparticle-mediated targeted drug delivery systems demonstrate significant advantages such as enhanced delivery efficiency, precise targeting capability, and controlled release mechanisms, thereby providing a new opportunity for improving breast cancer treatment. This review systematically summarizes recent advances and emerging trends in nanoparticle-mediated targeted drug delivery systems for breast cancer therapy, aiming to provide a theoretical basis and reference for further development and clinical translation of this technology.
