铁死亡及其抑制剂研究进展

    Research Progress of Ferroptosis and the Inhibitors

    • 摘要: 铁死亡是一种新型的程序性细胞死亡形式,受铁、氨基酸、多不饱和脂肪酸等多种代谢物质调节,已被证明参与肿瘤、缺血再灌注损伤、神经退行性疾病等多种疾病的病理过程。目前已发现多种具有不同作用机制的铁死亡抑制剂,在多种疾病模型中表现出良好的治疗效果。本文对近年来的铁死亡抑制剂进行综述,为其进一步研究提供思路。

       

      Abstract: Ferroptosis is a new form of non-apoptotic cell death, regulated by various metabolites such as iron, amino acids, and polyunsaturated fatty acids. It has been shown to be involved in various diseases including cancers, ischemia-reperfusion injury and degenerative pathologies. At present, multiple iron death inhibitors with different mechanisms of action have been discovered, showing good therapeutic effects in various disease models. This article provides a review of iron death inhibitors in recent years, providing ideas for further research.
