均匀设计法结合药效学优化真武汤组方配伍

    Uniform Design Combined with Pharmacodynamics to Optimize the Prescription Compatibility of Zhenwu Decoction

    • 摘要: 目的 优化真武汤治疗慢性心力衰竭的组方配伍。方法 采用均匀设计对真武汤进行4因素6水平的实验设计,以6种生物碱含量为指标,进行含量测定。分别以正常大鼠、慢性心衰大鼠为模型,进行药动学、药效学实验验证。结果 真武汤按照附子:茯苓:白芍:生姜:白术为15:45:9:9:45组方时,在大鼠体内具有最佳效果,Cmax、AUC0-∞、脑钠肽等指标均优于古方(P<0.05)。结论 该组方配比疗效优于古方,可为真武汤临床应用提供一定的参考。

       

      Abstract: OBJECTIVE To optimize the prescription compatibility of Zhenwu decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure. METHODS The experimental design of 4 factors and 6 levels was carried out on the Zhenwu decoction by uniform design, and the content of six alkaloids was used as the index to determine the content. Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics were verified by using normal rats and chronic heart failure rats as models respectively. RESULTS Zhenwu decoction had the best effect in rats when the ratio of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata:Poria:Zingibers Rhizoma Recens:Paeoniae Radix Alba: Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma was 15:45:9:9:45, Cmax, AUC0-∞and brain natriuretic peptide were better than the original prescription(P<0.05). CONCLUSION The compatibility effect of this prescription is better than the original prescription, which can provide a certain reference for the clinical application of Zhenwu decoction.
