Abstract: Sonodynamic therapy(SDT) is a very promising new therapy. However, SDT has to face many restrictions in the application due to the drawbacks of traditional sonosensitizers. Nanotechnology is a research hotspot at present. The introduction of nanotechnology has effectively improved the application of SDT. Therefore, this paper will review the application of nano-sonosensitizers in SDT, in order to improve the research of SDT.
