| 目的 观察复方夏天无片治疗脑梗死急性期血瘀证疗效及其对患者血液流变学的影响，探讨其作用机理。方法 将脑梗死急性期血瘀证患者64例随机分为治疗组与对照组，对照组给予西药常规治疗，治疗组加服复方夏天无片，连续14 d为1个疗程，1个疗程后观察疗效，并对各项观察指标进行统计。结果 2组治疗后临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分、血瘀证评分组间比较未见明显差异(P>0.05)，但治疗组血液流变学指标改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 复方夏天无片联合西药常规治疗脑梗死急性期疗效肯定，尤其对血液流变学指标有明显改善，值得临床辨证推广使用。 |

| OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of complex decumbent Corydalis Rhizome tablets on the patients with syndrome of blood stasis in cerebral infarction at the acute stage and its influence on haemorheology, thus to approach its action mechanism. METHODS All of 64 cases of patients with syndrome of blood stasis in cerebral infarction at acute stage were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group and control group, 32 cases in each group. Conventional medicine therapy was applied in each group while complex decumbent Corydalis Rhizome tablets were added in the treatment group. The whole course lasted for 14 days without interruption as one course of treatment. The curative effect of each group was observed after one course of treatment, and statistics were made on items of observation index. RESULTS There was no significantly difference of curative effect, scores of neurologic impairment and blood stasis syndrome between treatment group and control group (P>0.05). But the improvement on haemorheology index in treatment group was better than that in control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION The curative effect of complex decumbent Corydalis Rhizome tablets combined with conventional medicine therapy on the patients with cerebral infarction at acute stage is confirmed, especially due to its influence on haemorheology. It’s worth to be widely used in treating cerebral infarction at acute stage. |
