| 摘要: |
| 目的 研究黄连、痢特灵、黄连与痢特灵联用对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、福氏志贺菌和大肠杆菌的体外抗菌作用。方法 采用试管二倍稀释法联合琼脂平板法进行体外抑菌试验，测定黄连和痢特灵以及它们联合应用对4种细菌的最低抑菌浓度。结果 黄连联用痢特灵对4种菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)均比单用低。结论 黄连与痢特灵联用对4种菌的抑制具有协同作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| OBJECTIVE To research the antimicrobial effect in vitro of Rhizoma Coptidis, furazolidone and the two drugs in combination on Escherichia coli, Bacillus pyocyaneus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, and Shigella dysemeria. METHODS The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) of Rhizoma Coptidis, furazolidone and the two drugs in combination on the 4 strains of pathogenic bacteria were determined respectively by the method of tube double dilution method combined with agar plate method. RESULTS The antimicrobial effect was enhanced when Rhizoma Coptidis combined with furazolidone. CONCLUSION The results indicate that the combination of Rhizoma Coptidis and furazolidone have synergistic effect. |
