    Research Progress of Mitochondrial Permeability Transition Pore in the Coronary Artery Microcirculation Disturbance

    • Due to the mechanism of coronary artery microcirculation disturbance is complicated, the drug efficacy of clinical treatment of coronary microcirculation has not been fully affirmed. The open of mitochondrial permeability transition pore (mPTP) which causes coronary microcirculation dysfunction of cells become the hotspot research targets for the treatment of coronary microcirculation dysfunction. In this review, the lastest research progress of mPTP in the coronary artery microcirculation disturbance is briefly discussed.
