    Bronchial Asthma and Laryngeal Edema Due to Haemocoagulase Agkistrodon: Report of 1 Case

    • ABSTRACT: A patient suffered from uterine fibroid was intravenous injected 2 IU haemocoagulase agkistrodon to prevent hemorrhage during operation. Immediately after injection, the patient developed the symptoms of dyspnea, stuffines, blood pressure dropped, paipitate. Physical examination showed that the patient with bronchial asthma and laryngeal edema. 3 hours after the drug adverse reaction symptoms improved significantly after anti allergic, anti inflammation, relieving bronchial spasm and so on, and patient vital signs were stable.
