Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish fingerprint chromatography of Goodyera matsumurana by HPLC and provide a basic research data for the quality standard of Goodyera matsumurana. Methods Agilent TC-C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was adopted. The mobile phase was methanol-0.02 mol·L-1 ammonium acetate with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wave length was 260 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS The similarity of 10 batches of Goodyera matsumurana was >0.90. Twenty common peaks were indicated. Four peaks were identified. The fingerprint chromatography of Goodyera matsumurana was established. Conclusion This method is s accurate and repeatable for the quality control of Goodyera matsumurana. It can well distinguish Goodyera matsumurana from Anoectochilus formosanus.
