Clinical Observation of Yangchong Fuzheng Decoction Combined with Chemotherapy on Metaphase or Advanced Malignant Tumor

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical effect of Yangchong fuzheng decoction combined with chemotherapy on metaphase or advanced malignant tumor. METHODS Seventy cases of patients suffered from metaphase or advanced malignant tumor were collected in March 2013-March 2014. The treatment group including 38 cases were given chemotherapy and Yangchong fuzhen decoction. While the control group including 32 cases were treated with symptomatic treatment to alleviate adverse reaction when it appeared in course of chemothrapy. RESULTS Compared with control group, the incidence and serious degree of main adverse reaction such as alimentary canal, myelosuppression and liver function in treatment group decreased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The life quality and effective rate of chemotherapy in treatment group were better than control group(P<0.05). CONCLUSION Yangchong fuzheng decoction can alleviate adverse reaction of chemotherapy markedly, and enhance the life quality and effective rate of chemotherapy.
