    Determination of Mg and Mg Migration into Infusion of 3-Layer Co-extrusion Bags by Microwave Digestion FAAS

    • OBJECTIVE To develop a method for determination of mg and Mg migration into infusion of 3-layer co-extrusion bags by microwave digestion FAAS. METHODS The sample was digested by microwave digestion. Using FAAS to determine the content of mg. RESULTS The method had a linear range between 0-0.30 μg·mL-1(r=0.995?2). The average recovery of mg was 95.95%(RSD=2.27%). CONCLUSION The method is accurate, sensitive, simple, and can be used for determination of mg and mgmigration into infusion of 3-layer co-extrusion bags.
