one case of 51 women, After mitral valve and tricuspid valve replacement, Long-term use of warfarin, Control the INR 2.5- 3,because of the upper respiratory tract infection, combining use of warfarin and xi-yan-ping, 4 days after medication, INR rose to 5.66. 5 days after stop using xi-yan-ping, INR values gradually fell to 2.06, Analysis of the reason may be associated with amalgamative use xi-yan-ping.
