Study on LC-MS Method for Detection of 16 Kinds of Adrenal Cortical Hormone Illegally Added in Chinese Medicinal Lotions

OBJECTIVE To establish a specialized detecting method for the adrenal cortical hormone added illegally in Chinese medicinal lotion. METHODS Used LC-MS/MS to simultaneous detect 16 components added illegally in Chinese medicinal lotion. Though qualitative and quantitative analysis, validated a methodology. RESULTS Each of the 16 chemical components separated in chromatographic column, at the same time, used the two grade mass spectrum for qualitative and the peak area of multiple reaction monitoring mode for quantitative calculation, it’s recovery and linear relationship met the demand of screening. CONCLUSION This method is simple and accurate to detect chemical components of the adrenal cortical hormone added illegally in Chinese medicinal lotion.
