Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the application of topical anesthetic drugs combined with circumcision device in circumcision in children. METHODS The compound Lidocaine cream was performed on 60 penis circumcisions (disposable circumcision suture device). RESULTS Anesthesia was not changed in 60 cases of circumcision operation, and the VAS pain score was (2.1±0.6), the average operation time was (6.3±1.4) min, postoperative complications: bleeding (hemorrhage) was 3.3%(2/60), postoperative edema was 5%(3/60), no wound dehiscence and infection. CONCLUSION Percutaneous absorption of topical anesthetic technique combined with circumcision device operation has the advantages of analgesia, shorter operation time, less postoperative complications, which is suitable for application in pediatric prepuce operation.
