Two Cases With Conjunctival Hemorrhage Caused by Amlodipine And Reason Analysis

ABSTRACT: OBJECTIVE To submit everybodys to attention to the Amlodipine’s ADR. METHODS By analyzing the typical cases and combining with referring to relative literature，to go on discussing about the causes of conjunctival hemorrhage caused by Amlodipine. RESULTS: Amlodipine could cause swirl, headache, facial blushing, hypotension, tachycardia, peripheral edema by the exangia, it is rare to palpitation, nausea, and other gastrointestinal upset, mental depression. And it is seldom to angina, bradycardia, orthostatic hypotension. It is visible to drug rashes, fever, abnormal liver function for the allergic reaction, and teratogenicity in animal experiment. CONCLUSION Appearing the conjunctival hemorrhage with Amlodipine, indicates that Amlodipine have some effect about the cruor mechanism. KEY WORDS：Amlodipine; Conjunctival Hemorrhage; Reason analysis
