Study on Anti-gout Effects of Fubitong Capsules

OBJECTIVE To study the pharmacodynamic effects of the anti-gout of the Fubitong capsules. METHODS With hot plate and acetic acid writhing, the antinociception effects of the drug in mice was observed. Intraperitoneal injection of histamine with intravenous injection of Evans blue and sodium urate crystals injected in rat ankle, acute ankle arthritis rat model was established. The impact of oozing and swelling of the drug was observed. The intraperitoneal injection with oxonic acid potassium salt caused the mice hyperuricemia. The effect of drug on the level of serum uric acid and xanthine oxidase was observed. RESULTS Fubitong capsules had the significant effect of the analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and anti-hyperuricemia. CONCLUSION Fubitong capsule has good anti-gout effects.
