Survey of Paeoniflorin Transdermal Absorption in vitro in Jingtong-Shu patch

Objective To study the feature of paeoniflorin transdermal absorption in vitroin in Jingtong Shu patch ,so as to point out the direction for it’s clinical application. Methods Put to use the method of modified Franz diffusion pool , through excised mouse skin as transdermal barrier, with saline for accepting medium, use high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for determination to investigate cumulative permeation amount of paeoniflorin in preparation. Results ：The Higuich equation of paeoniflorin cumulative permeation amount is Q=2.667t1/2-4.204,r=0.8593. Conclusion The cumulative permeation amount of paeoniflorin in accordance with Higuich equation.
