Abstract
OBJECTIVE : To evaluate measurement uncertainty for determination of the content of α-BHC、β-BHC、γ-BHC、δ-BHC、pentachloronitrobenzene residues in Glycyrrhizae radix et rhizoma. METHOD:All the standard uncertainties were then combined according to the appropriate rules to give acombined standard uncertainty and an expanded standard uncertainty, and the factors influenced upon the measuration were analysed . RESULTS :The result of content determination was (0.0850±0.0084)、(0.0797±0.0082)、(0.0558±0.0056)、(0.0315±0.0060)、(0.0394±0.0057)μg?kg-1. The repeatability of area in standard and sample was the primary factor for determination of α-BHC、β-BHC. and the repeatability of area in sample was the primary factor for determination of γ-BHC、δ-BHC、pentachloronitrobenzene. CONCLUSION:The establishment of the methodology for the evaluation of measurement uncertaintv is important to the studies of Chinese materia medica standards.
