    Establishment of the Near-infrared Spectroscopy Qualitative Model for Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate Injection

    • OBJECTIVE To establish the qualitative model for diammonium glycyrrhizinate for injection by near-infrared spectroscopy combined with chemometrics method. METHODS A qualitative model was established by NIR combined with OPUS software and with external validation. RESULTS Diammonium glycyrrhizinate for injection could be identified and distinguished between different manufacturers by the model. CONCLUSION The model identifies diammonium glycyrrhizinate for injection, and the model can be used in the drug testing vehicles effective.
