Study on the Depressor Substance Test of Clindamycin Phosphate Injection

OBJECTIVE To establish the depressor substance test of Clindamycin Phosphate Injection. METHODS By investigating the regulating action of Clindamycin Phosphate Injection and histamine for the blood pressure in the anesthetic cats, the limit values were determined for Clindamycin Phosphate Injection. RESULTS The most suitable limit of test for depressor substances for Clindamycin Phosphate Injection was 5 mg·kg^-1. CONCLUSION The setted method for Clindamycin Phosphate Injection will be available.
