    Rapid Quantitative Analysis of Vitamin B2 Tablets Content by UV-Vis Diffuse Reflectance Optical Spectroscopy

    • OBJECTIVE Uv-vis diffuse reflectance optical spectroscopy of rapid detecting system was applied to determine Vitamin B2 Tablets content. METHODS The Uv-vis diffuse reflectance Remission spectra of samples were collected and partial least squares (PLS) mathematical models were built respectively with original spectra and pre-processing spectra. The principal components(PCs) were determined based on full cross validation. The optimal mathematic model was determined through parameter comparison. With the optimal mathematic model, content of the prediction sample set was predicted and the method validation had also been examined. RESULTS PLS mathematic model of original spectra was optimal. When the PCs was 6, RMSEC and cross validation RMSEP was the minimum while RC2 and RV2 were maximum. The average recovery RMSEP of prediction sample set were 99.44% and 2.4709 respectively. Precision, stability and repeatability of RSD were 0.042%, 0.051% and 0.117% respectively. CONCLUSION Rapid quantitative analysis of Vitamin B2 Tablets content by fast inspect UV-Vis diffuse reflectance optical spectroscopy detecting system was approved to be accurate, reliable, rapid, simple, non-destructive and eco-friendly.
