Clinical Observation of Compound Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis Tablets Combined with Point Block on the Treatment of Sciatic Nerve Inflammation

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis tablets combined with point block on the treatment of the sciatic nerve inflammation. METHODS Sixty patients were randomly divided into the observation group (30 cases) and the control group (30 cases). The control group was treated with point block, oral indomethacin, vitamin B1. The observation group was treated with Compound Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis tablets (2 tablets), 3 times a day, continuously for 2 weeks, on the basis of the control group. RESULTS The clinical effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%, and it was 73.33% in the control group, the difference was significant (P<0.05). CONCLUSION Compound Rhizoma Corydalis Decumbentis tablets to treat the sciatic nerve inflammation is safe and effective, it is an ideal drug, and is worthy of clinical application.
