Study on Characteristic Chromatogram of Guanxinsuhe Pills

OBJECTIVE To establish a comprehensive method for the quality control of Guanxinsuhe pills. METHODS Guanxinsuhe pills were subjected to a gas chromatograph with HP-5 capillary column(30 m×0.25 mm, 0.25 μm) and FID detector. The mixture of standard herbs was used as the reference substance. RESULTS The characteristic chromatogram of Guanxinsuhe pills was established and the peak values of the reference herbs did not interfere with each other. The chromatograms of the samples were corresponding to the characteristic identification chromatogram. CONCLUSION The method is simple, reproducible, and convenient. It can be used as a quality control for Guanxinsuhe pills.
