The Study on the Application of Mg2+ in the Sterility Test
OBJECTIVE To find the equitable way of Mg2+ using in sterility test. METHODS Experiments were conducted with culture medium, diluting agent, washing fluid compounded with different concentration of Mg2+. RESULTS The most susceptible bacterium to Mg2+ was Pseudomonas aeruginosa. CONCLUSION Mg2+ as a diluent in sterility test should be used in a reasonable way.
