    Optimal Extraction of Xiaocuo Granules by Orthogonal Design

    • OBJECTION The extraction of Xiaocuo granules was optimized. METHODS With the extraction rate and contents of paeoniflorin as the index, orthogonal test was used to evaluate the extraction. The main influential factors of extraction effect included the quantity of water, extraction times and extraction time. RESULTS The optimal condition was adding 12 times of water for 3 times and 1 hour for each time. CONCLUSION The optimized extraction is stable, economical and feasible.
