Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effects of Jiedukang on the morphine dependence withdrawal contraction in the isolated guenea pig ileum precipitated by naloxone. METHODS Morphine dependent model was established in isolated guinea pig ileum. With MD2000 Super Lab Bio-information acquisition system, observe the effects of different doses of Jiedukang on the withdrawal contraction in the isolated guenea pig ileum precipitated by naloxone. RESULTS Jiedukang (0.6, 0.3, 0.15 mg·mL-1) can inhibit morphine-dependent withdrawal contracture in isolated guinea pig ileum in a dose-dependant manner. The inhibition rate of three dosages were 78.8%, 46.8% and 30.0%, respectively. CONCLUSION Jiedukang can inhibit morphine-dependent withdrawal contracture in isolated guinea pig ileum.
