Study on Preparation and Clinical Effect of Gongmikang Suppository

OBJECTIVE To prepare Gongmikang suppository and observe its clinical effects. METHODS Various ingredients of the prescription were crushed into fine powder and then Gongmikang suppository was made and its clinical effects were observed. RESULTS The number of healing cases, obviously effective cases, efficient cases of curative group was 64, 21, 11 and 4, respectively. Overall efficiency was 96%. Compared with control group, the number was 66, 20, 12 and 2, respectively and overall efficiency was 98%. CONCLUSION The process and quality control of the suppository are simple and it is effective.
