Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a capillary GC method for the determination of residual organic solvents of dichloroethene, ethanol and methylisobutylketone in dipfluzine. METHODS An HP-INNOWax capillary column was used with FID detector and DMF as solvent. RESULTS The organic residuals including dichloroethene, ethanol and methylisobutylketone were separated and determined. There was a good linearity (r=0.999 9-1.000 0). The average recoveries were 99.7%, 98.7%, 98.9%, with RSD of 2.1%, 1.9% and 2.0%, respectively. CONCLUSION The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate. It can be used for the determination of various organic residuals in dipfluzine.
