Study of the Structure and Pharmacological Activity of 4-Thiazolidinones

Because of the broad and potent activity, 4-thiazolidinones has established as one of the biologically important scaffolds. The recent progresses on the antibacterial, antibiofilm, antiinflammatory and anticancer activities of 4-thiazolidinones have been discussed in this paper. And the importance of the 4-thiazolidinones in medicinal chemistry is represented.
