Thoughts of Clinical Pharmacist Management Practice Mode in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical pharmacists personnel training mode which suits Chinese national conditions. METHODS According to the Ministry of Health requirements, combined with clinical pharmacist work experience to sum up and analyze. RESULTS The hospital has already established a scientific organization and management mode and formulated a series of comprehensive training measures. CONCLUSION The training not only teaches students to carry out clinical pharmacy expertise and working methods, but also make clinical pharmacy of our hospital to be supported by leaps and bounds.
