Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for simultaneous determination of isoniazid and levofloxacin in compound antituberculosis gel by HPLC. METHODS C18 column was used. Acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-1 KH2PO4(18∶82)was used as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 262 nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. RESULTS Isoniazid and levofloxacin had good linear relationship in the range of 2-20 μg·mL-1 (r=0.999 8). The average recovery rate of isoniazid and levofloxacin were 99.38% and 100.12%, respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate. It is suitable for quantitative analysis of isoniazid and levofloxacin in compound antitubercubosis gel.
