The Effect of Preparation Process on Total Content of Magnolol in Compound Yunpi Oral Solution

OBJECTIVE To explore different preparation process of compound Yunpi oral solution(CYOS). METHODS Comparing two preparation process by determining the total content of magnolol in CYOS. RESULTS The total content of magnolol in the second preparation process was higher than the first. Effect of preparation process on total content of magnolol was significant. CONCLUSION The total content of magnolol in CYOS was increased by improved preparation process．
