Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the quality control of Kangshuan capslues. METHODS Radix angelicae sinensis, Rhizoma corydalis, Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge and Radix glycyrrhizae were identified by TLC. The content of strychnine was determined by HPLC. RESULTS The studies on the quality control showed that the characteristics for identification by TLC were distinct and the spots can be determined. The average recovery of the added sample was 98.8% and RSD was 0.85%. CONCLUSION These methods are simple, accurate and can be used for the quality control of Kangshuan capslues.
