    Determination of Etifenin and Stannous Chloride for Injection by HPLC

    • OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of etifenin and stannous chloride for injection(EHIDA kit). METHODS HPLC was adopted with Waters C18(4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) column, methanol-water-phosphoric acid (55∶45∶0.075) was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate and detection wavelength was 1.0 mL·min-1, 220 nm, respectively. RESULTS The linear rage of etifenin were 32-384 μg·mL-1, r=0.999 92, the average recovery was 98.77%, RSD was 0.43%(n=7). CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the determination of EHIDA kit.
