Abstract
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC fingerprint of coicis oil. METHODS High performance liquid chromatography was used for identification. Separations were performed on a Zorbax Extend C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 µm)with an isocratic mobile phase of acetonitrile-dichloromethane (65∶35); flow rate: 0.5 mL·min-1; analytes were detected by evaporative light-scattering detector(ELSD). RESULTS The method of HPLC fingerprint analysis was validated and in keeping with the requirement. Seven common peaks were found in fingerprint. CONCLUSION All results above exhibit that the method is practicable, reproducible, and reliable as a method for quality control of coicis oil.
