Application of Excel to Build Biological Statistical Analysis Table of Determination of Antibiotic Potency

OBJECTIVE Using Microsoft Excel software to determinate antibiotic potency of biological statistical analysis. METHODS Edit Excel function formula in accordance with the principle of bioassay and statistical requirements, and the reliability of the results were evaluated by statistical analysis of biological experiments. RESULTS The results of statistical analysis were the same as it is calculated by the inhibition zone scanners and hand. CONCLUSION The use of Excel software to deal with the results of determination of antibiotic potency is effective, accurate, intuitive and easy.
