Study of Curative Effect and Security about Budesonide on Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

OBJECTIVE To observe the curative effect and security about budesonide pulverization in the moderate-severe and acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive plumonary disease(COPD).METHODS Sixty-five patients of acute exacerbation of COPD were randomly divided into treatment group with 33 cases,and control group with 32 cases.On the base of the routine therapies,treatment group was given budesonide pulverization,2 mg every time,three times a day,and control group ivgtt intravenouslly guttae methylprednisolone,40 mg every time,one time a day.The dyspnea score at the beginning of admitting and 1,3,5 dyas after the treatment,pulmonary function,arterial blood gas analysis and adverse reactions of drug were recorded.RESULTS The two group patients' dyspnea scores,pulmonary function,and arterial blood gas analysis were greatly improved.The differences between the two groups were not statistical.On the adverse reactions of drug,the treatment group were less than the control group.CONCLUSION The c…更多urative effect about budesonide pulverization in the moderate-severe and acute exacerbation of COPD was similar with methylprednisolone by ivgtt intravenouslly guttae,and incidences rate of adverse drug reaction was in the low level,and may be regarded as the effective treatment on the patients with acute exacerbation of COPD.
