Quality Standard of Yexiangjingzhui Tablet

OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Yexiangjingzhui tablet.METHODS Polyamide thin layer chromatography was used for qualitative indentification of Pueraria lobata(Willd.)Ohwi,Vernonia cinerea(L.)less.,and Glechoma longituba(Nakai)Kupr..The total flavones was determined by spectrophotometry.RESULTS The indentification was highly specific.The total flavones could be determined by spectrophotometry.The qualitative method of rutin showed a good linearity in the range of 0.2061.236 mg.The average recovery of rutin was 99.09%,and RSD was 1.13%.CONCLUSION The mothod is stable,accurate and precise for the quality control of Yexiangjingzhui tablet.
