Assay of Schisandrin in Kanglaonianchidan Soft Capsule by HPLC

OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Schisandrin in Kanglaonianchidai soft capsule.METHODS HPLC conditions were as follows:Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)column,acetonitrile-H2O(45∶55)as mobile phase with flow rate of 1 mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength at 250 nm.RESULTS The calibration curve was linear between 0.046-0.92 μg(r=0.999 9,n=7).The average recovery was 98.51% and RSD=1.84%(n=6).CONCLUSION The method is convenient and efficient,and can be used for quantitative analysis and quality control of this preparation.
